Option 3:
-30% - when signing a preliminary contract;
-70% - with credit upon receipt of Act 14 (prices under option 1)
Option 4:
-20% - when signing a preliminary contract;
-80% upon receipt of Act 15
Deposit for an apartment with 1 bedroom - 3,000 euros; with 2 bedrooms - 5,000 euros.
Upon conclusion of the Contract with the condition of resale, an administrative fee is charged in favor of the seller in the amount of 1.5% of the sale price, including VAT.
