Construction characteristics
-Common parts: stairs and flights - porcelain tiles; walls and ceilings: gypsum putty and latex paint; railings - by design;
-Hydraulic elevators are installed.
-Bedrooms, kitchen areas, living rooms and corridors: walls and ceilings are plastered with gypsum plaster with aluminum corner profiles for plaster; floors: cement screed;
- Bathrooms: lime-cement plaster; floor: cement screed.
- Balconies: walls and ceilings with façade plaster, with installed lamps; floor: waterproofing and porcelain tiles; railings according to the project;
- Five-chamber windows with energy-saving double-glazed windows “4 seasons”; window sills made of natural stone.
-Burglar-proof entrance doors to apartments.
-Polypropylene water pipes, reinforced and insulated / wiring;
-Electrical communications:
Electricity meters installed;
