Payment scheme:

- first installment - 30% of the total cost of the preliminary agreement, after deducting the deposit within 30 days of signing the Preliminary contracts
- second installment - 30% of the cost of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the first installment
- third installment - 30% of the cost of the preliminary contract up to 3 months after the second installment
- the fourth installment is 10% of the cost of the preliminary agreement upon receipt of Act 15 or upon signing of the notarial deed
