-Bedrooms, kitchen areas, living rooms and corridors: walls and ceilings plastered with plaster plaster with aluminum corner profiles for plaster; floors: cement screed;

-Bathrooms: lime-cement plaster; floor: cement screed.

-Balconies: walls and ceilings with facade plaster, with installed lamps; floor: waterproofing and porcelain tiles; railings according to the project;

-Five-chamber windows with energy-saving double-glazed windows «4 seasons»; natural stone window sills.

-Polypropylene water pipes, reinforced and insulated/wiring;
