We rent for a long term the roadside tourist complex Alba Ruthenia is located in the Lida district in the village of Biskuptsy on the M6 highway: Minsk - Grodno (140 km from Minsk and 120 km from Grodno) and includes a restaurant area, entertainment, guest part, extensive farming (including livestock farming), as well as an apple orchard. Intense car traffic at the intersection of roads to the three large cities of Minsk, Grodno and Lida, as well as to the countries of Poland, Lithuania and Russia. The complex is equipped with TIR parking, and there is the possibility of organizing service for heavy vehicles. Upon request, we will provide a presentation file and active geolocation for the navigator. The roadside tourist complex consists of 2 permanent log buildings and outbuildings:
Residential building: total area 260 sq.m., living area 83.3 sq.m., 2 floors. Outbuildings: bathhouse, gazebo, four sheds, well, three outbuildings, three sheds, latrine. Year of construction – 1925, year of reconstruction – 2018.Barn: total area 48 sq.m., 1st floor, components: two barns and a shed. The total area of premises for commercial use is 630 sq.m. (permanent buildings 308 sq.m. + outbuildings). This allows us to receive about 150 clients simultaneously in the summer and about 70 clients in the winter. The restaurant area includes: a professional restaurant kitchen, a lunch kitchen, a banquet hall, a bar counter, a hall, and 2 bathrooms. Guest part of the complex: 6 rooms (3 double, 2 triple, 1 five-bed); 1 hostel-type guest house with 10 beds. For the owners of the complex there is a comfortable room with a separate bathroom. Readiness - for commercial activities. Capital buildings are located on land plots with a total area of 0.9217 hectares, on the right of lifelong inheritable ownership, of which: 0.2438 hectares for servicing a residential building, 0.6779 hectares for running personal subsidiary plots.
