The villa – with a total area of 576 meters and located on a plot of ten acres – was created according to an individual design project in 2013. It was built with love and conceived as a full-fledged oasis for the soul and body, with a focus on the combination of beauty and convenience. As a result, there is everything that is necessary for the restorative power of rest for every taste.
The interiors of the villa are designed in warm, friendly colors – each room was created as a work of art, with its own mood and a special color palette. There is a lot of light – and numerous stained glass windows scattered throughout the house create pleasing eyes, changing during the day light patterns.
In the exterior and interior decoration of the house, only natural materials were used: wood, marble, natural stone.
The layout of the house is practical – there are three floors in the house, between which you can move on a modern OTIS elevator.
There are three bedrooms on the top floor.
The main bedroom, designed in purple-gold colors and furnished in a classical style, is adjacent to the dressing room and bathroom, as well as a spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains and adjacent to the villa.

Hidden from the eyes of the ground floor harbors a number of pleasant surprises. The highlight of this space can be called a modern and large-scale Spa-zone, which includes a Turkish sauna and hammam, a cold water bath, showers, as well as an extremely spacious recreation area. For the convenience of the owners, a separate studio apartment was created, equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, designed for the staff or guests of the villa.
Also on the ground floor there is a cozy home cinema, a specially equipped wine cellar, a garage, a workshop, storerooms and utility rooms.
Of the other characteristics of the villa, making staying in it as comfortable as possible, it is possible to note the presence of high-speed Internet, satellite television, floor heating and the ability to listen to music in each room and outside the house.
The space around the house reflects the general spirit of the villa: carefully planted trees and a spacious grass lawn with automatic watering add an element of coziness and natural freshness. How nice to spend the morning hours, sitting on the sunbed of the outdoor terrace of the house, having the opportunity at any time to plunge into a cool cozy pool!
If you prefer active rest, the location of the villa provides a variety of opportunities for leisure. The sea here is calm, with a sandy sloping bottom, which makes it ideal for both long-distance swims and swimming with children. The area is also great for hiking and cycling, surfing and shore fishing; there is a yacht marina five kilometers from the house, and golf lovers will enjoy having more than 30 fields within an hour's drive.
