The Villa is situated on the island of Skiathos, Skiathos is located 255 kilometers from Athens is on the northwest Aegean sea, is part of the Sporades group of islands. Skiathos is the most cosmopolitan island in the Northern Sporades, is truly a paradise on earth, with lush pine forests and crystal-clear azure waters. Despite the rapid growth in tourism in recent decades, the island is still picturesque and unspoiled and blessed with more than 60 beautifully clean beaches. The most famous is Koukounaries, which has been declared the third most beautiful beach in the Mediteranian, Skiathos is one of the few islands in Greece that can combine forest beauty and sea together, is a perfect natural combination that can fulfill all your natural dreams. There are Restaurants with a high standard of tastes and quality, and if you want to do a little bit of shopping, in the capital town of Skiathos there are many shops which you can buy everything you need and want. In town most important landmark is its natural harbor, which has determined the destiny of the town for centuries, today it is a popular yacht and sailling boat haven that add a cosmopolitan flair to the island. You can arrive in Skiathos by ferry or high- speed ship from the port of Volos or Agios Konstantinos by ferry you can arrive from Thessaloniki too by only summertime, there is airport too, so from Thessaloniki and Athens there are every day flights to Skiathos the duration of the flight is about 25 min. The airport of Skiathos is an international airport so you can arrive in Skiathos from many European countries too. The port of Agios Konstantinos is about 1 hour from Athens by car ,and then you take a ferry which arrives in 1h30min to Skiathos, is very easy to get to Skiathos and fast.
The villa is situated in the area of Ahladies, Ahladies is 4km away from Skiathos town center, port, and airport.
Ahladies is in the middle of the island so you are near the town and near the rest of the island, therefore is comfortable and easy to get everywhere any time. The Villa is built in an amphitheatric way overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Aegean sea, is built on a hill in a wind free area only 300m from Ahladies beach, the sea view is amazing from all rooms, swimming pool, gym, bars, and veranda.
The design of the Villa is inspired by Italian country houses, the tile on the floor, bathrooms, kitchen furniture, and every furniture of the Villa is Italian the cooking systems, and fridges are Smeg and washing machines is Bosch. The swimming pool is excellent quality, the system of cleaning the water in the pool is an Electronic Ozone system, not just chlorine, Ozone is the best and more efficient cleaning system it can clean every bacteria, the swimming pool is 9 meters long 4 meters wide and 3,5 meters deep. The light systems around the Villa, and how the house is operating is electronic, with Siemens computer systems. Around the house there are different light systems and different light colors, every room has its own cooling and heat system. The villa has its own water, the water is filtered by its own central filter system. Around the villa there is an around sound system, you can to listen to music everywhere, inside the house, around the swimming pool and all around the house. There is a gym with its own sound system, toilet, and Hydro shower, as well as there is a billiard, table tennis, a bar, and gym equipment. Around the Villa, there are cameras and a very good security system. There is parking for more than 5 cars. Near the Villa there is parking for boats and yachts, the owner of the Villa has his own parking for boat, the boat comes together with the Villa, so the villa includes the boat too on the price. Near the swimming pool, there is a bar beautifully designed, with its own Dj place and a party area, there are different light colors and light systems around the bar and swimming pool, around swimming pool there are speakers too. On the villa there is a generator, in case the electricity stops the generator start to work automatically, and gives to the villa electricity. The villa has lightning rod too in case of bad weather conditions. Around the villa, there are fire protection bridges too. The painting around the house is made by an artist, not by a conventional painter. The gardens have a different type of plants, flowers, and trees there is a tree house and a large dog house, the water system for the gardens is automatic. The quality of building materials that have been used on the construction of building the Villa is on Excellent quality, construction quality and building materials are excellent. The building space of the Villa is 640 square meters, it has 10 rooms and 8 toilets, the plot is 3.300 meters, the property is in 3 levels. The property consist of the main house, and 3 apartments, a gym and a small apartment for the staff.
