These units for sale are located in Kalyves, Apokoronas, Chania, part of a residential complex offering sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding mountains. The development comprises 58 residences, each designed with authentic Cretan materials reinterpreted through a contemporary architectural lens. Floor-to-ceiling glazing fills every home with natural light and open views of the sea and the White Mountains.
Each residence comes with its own designated parking spot, and an elevator connects the complex with the road, which leads with just a few steps to the beach.
Residents can enjoy two chlorine-free, eco-friendly overflow pools, a fully equipped fitness center with professional-grade equipment, and a dedicated studio for yoga and pilates. A custom dry sauna, ice bath, rain shower, and private dressing rooms complete the wellness area, while outdoor relaxation and meditation zones overlooking the sea, along with landscaped Mediterranean gardens planted with olive trees, offer quiet spaces to unwind.
Set between the mountains and the sea, Kalyves blends traditional Cretan village life with modern comforts. The Xydas River runs gently through the village, keeping it calm and grounded, away from the pace of the larger tourist resorts. Stone-built tavernas, warm local hospitality, and golden-sand beaches with shallow, calm waters make it an easy place to slow down, whether for a relaxed afternoon by the sea or dinner at a waterfront taverna with a glass of local wine.
The development offers a range of unit types to suit different lifestyles. The penthouses, set on top of three buildings, offer the widest views of the Mediterranean horizon; sized up to 200 sqm, they are built for space, privacy, and premium finishes, with large terraces to enjoy the Cretan sun. The garden units, starting from 50 sqm, sit at ground level with direct access to the gardens and the main pool, making them a natural fit for families or anyone who wants to step straight from home into the water. The premium apartments, positioned at the center of each building, offer quick and easy access to all shared amenities, with layouts built around comfort and everyday convenience.
Together, these residences bring a balance of privacy, comfort, and connection to the outdoors, set within a community shaped around the rhythm of the sea and the mountains.
