About the Community- Quintas del Bosque
Discover a unique, eco-conscious residential project designed with professionalism, sustainability, and quality of life in mind. With over 15 years of continuous development and more than 100,000 trees planted, this is more than a housing development—it is a living forest.
Located in the most forested area of Jarabacoa, just 6 kilometers from town, and near Mogote Mountain and Baiguate National Park. The project enjoys an average annual temperature of 22°C, with elevations ranging from 650 to 1,000 meters above sea level.
Spanning more than 750,000 square meters, over 90% of the land is preserved forest. The community is divided into seven distinct areas, each named after the species that have been reforested: Caribea Forest, Grevillea, Cypress, Araucaria, Occidentales, Los Helechos, and Los Pajones.
The project features 150 private lots, ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 square meters, with model cabins available from 50 to 300 square meters of construction. Custom architectural and construction services are also available, allowing homes to be fully tailored to each owner’s needs and preferences.
Security is a top priority, with controlled access to each forest section and round-the-clock surveillance by seven full-time security guards.
The development supports a sustainable lifestyle, offering infrastructure prepared for solar energy, eco-friendly septic systems, and rainwater harvesting. Future amenities include forest walking paths, panoramic viewpoints, yoga and meditation decks, and shared outdoor living spaces.
Lots start at just USD $60/70 per square meter, making this a valuable opportunity for those seeking to live or invest in harmony with nature, while enjoying the comfort and security of a thoughtfully designed forest community.
