Renovated and enlarged 15 years ago, this old dammuso is located in Contrada Penna, a typical Pantelleria area near Skauri, surrounded by dense Mediterranean thickets of eucalyptus, strawberry and stone oak and offers a magnificent sunset view over the sea.
The windows overlook the large cultivated land. Dammuso consists of two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and a laundry room. An air conditioner is installed throughout the house to maintain the optimum temperature in both warm and cold months.
The wide terrace that runs around the dammuso offers two possibilities to enjoy the outside space thanks to two outdoor seating located on opposite sides of the house to shelter from both of the main winds that are incessant on the island.
