Small olive plantation with 4,500m2 and beautiful old olive trees – not far from the center and sea

This small olive plantation, with old trees that are about 50 to 100 years old, is really a special place. In the immediate vicinity there are some legalized houses, as well as beautifully landscaped mobile homes with garden.

The plot is rectangular, – approx. 95/100m x 42m tall and bordered on almost three sides by an old stone wall and bush. On the open side, a road is laid on the longitudinal side – but this is covered with meadow, as no one drives here. The access is only used by the neighbors who have created Mobilehomes with garden and fence. So no one lives here, everything very quiet and really “private”!

Half of the plot is planted with about 50 olive trees. The olive trees are beautiful and in excellent condition, of course still carry all olives to make your own olive oil. Defacto can also be sold to villas owners for garden design – for such old trees up to EUR 1,000.- and more per piece are paid! The other half of the property is covered with meadow – currently a free area.

To the sea and some beautiful beaches without tourist crowds are approx. 3-5km, in the town centre of Krnica there are about 5km, after Pula there are about 17km
