The Sunset Resort is a magnificent top-class resort. It is located directly by the sea, only 20 meters from the beach, on the south coast of Pomorie. The complex is about a 15-minute drive from Sunny Beach, 15 km from Burgas Airport, and 20 km from the city of Burgas.
The Sunset Resort consists of five buildings and six luxury villas with a total area of 115,000 square meters. One of Bulgaria's best wineries is located directly next to the complex. Thanks to the region's unique microclimate, approximately 1,500 square meters are planted with fig, kaki, and kiwi trees. The complex's garden spans an area of 3,000 square meters.

The building complexes range from two to fifteen floors and are accessible by modern elevators. There are a total of 771 apartments, including 728 one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartments, as well as 43 studios of up to 35 square meters. Most apartments offer breathtaking views of the Black Sea and the water attractions within the hotel complex. All apartments are elegant and feature modern interiors and upscale furnishings. The Sunset Resort complex offers five thematically designed à-la-carte restaurants: the Grill House, the Fish Restaurant Mediterraneo, the French Restaurant La Bohème, the Asian Restaurant Asia, and the Italian Restaurant Venice. In addition, the complex features nine cocktail and coffee bars, including a piano bar, a vitamin bar, and a Viennese salon, two pool bars, as well as various entertainment programs and shows.
The main restaurants in the Sigma area - Sapphire and Emerald - serve breakfast and dinner. The Brilliant, the main restaurant in the Beta area, offers all-inclusive dining.
