Nishantashi – is an elite residential area with fashionable boutiques where you can buy clothes of famous Turkish and foreign brands. Art Nouveau buildings feature stylish restaurants serving dishes from Turkey and other countries around the world. There are many cafes on Abdi Ipekchi Street with wide sidewalks, and small bakeries and markets operate in neighboring lanes. In the shadow park of Machka there are beautiful hiking trails.
Yards and squares, integral elements of European urban architecture, are indispensable for urban life. Offering the opportunity to relax and chat in the city, combining shops, restaurants and places to relax, the concept of the courtyard is rethought in a modern way in Lotus Walk. Designed to create public places for meetings from common spaces hidden between buildings to provide pedestrian access, the project has buildings around courtyards with rooms suitable for trade, restaurants and meetings, especially at street level. This urban mixed design opens up new spaces for shopping, commerce, accommodation and hotel functions at a balanced level. Offering easy access through the yards, the structure creates special agreement in terms of both its own dynamics and the surrounding urban texture.
The first floor, available from the side of Halakargazi Street, is designed as a semi-open public space with restaurants, cafes, recreation areas and street accesses. Natural stones on the floor, benches, a landscape of natural plants and installations enriched with flora helped create a breathing and vibrant courtyard in which the interior and exterior intertwine intertwined. Transparent canopies in this zone allow both the maximum use of sunlight and the continuous filtering of light on the lower floors, creating a well-lit and modern atmosphere on all floors.
