The total area of the house is 119 m², and it is located on a plot of 1037 m², fenced with a ceramic brick fence.
There are villas in the surrounding area, and convenient access to Warsaw is provided in just 20 minutes by car.
The house has amenities: water is available both from a well and it is possible to connect to the city network. A septic tank is installed for sewerage, and heating is provided by a gas stove.
In 2017, major renovations were carried out, including replacing all windows with plastic ones and repairing the roof with insulation and laying new metal tiles.
The house is divided into two parts, one of which has been empty for several years. However, it is possible to reunite them into one.
A technical report from the Center for Construction Assessment and Technology, carried out in January 2024, confirmed the good condition of the structure and walls of the house.
