Height difference above sea level from the South on the North: 80 – 60 m. The parts making the site are picked up in such a way that it is surrounded practically from all directions with roads (see satellite photo).
The picturesque land relief and trees and boulders which are specially kept when cleaning the site leave big scope for architectural imagination of designers.
