BREAKDOWN was designed on the principle of free planning - buildings are not built in a perimeter or closed courtyards. They leave space, so open green areas are formed, there are no dark "shadow" courtyards. A number of landfills are planned within the project, and there will be green areas around. Highly focused on quality of life:
apartments do not deepen, with large windows which will give them much natural light. The windows are about 3 m wide, high ~ 2,4 m. Spacious balconies, where it is convenient to spend time, and three-room corner apartments are designed especially bright and spacious. Various types of housing are provided - from compact lofts to apartments with terraces.
According to the general plan of the city, 7-storey heights are allowed in this area, while low building density allows for more space between buildings.
