Classic 3-room apartment located in the restored part of Kalpaka Park Residence; fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, luxurious decorative fireplace, built-in wardrobes, alarm system, balcony overlooking the courtyard.
One of the rooms has been created as a kind of salon in the Coco style, reflecting the interest in this style in the 20s of the 20th century. The image of the room is created using various artistic techniques - exquisite figured decoration of walls, ceiling, doors in papier-mâché technique, polychromatic painting with rich bronze finishing of details, tiled decorative stove-fireplace of the corresponding style, original parquet, eclectic double-leaf doors with figured decor, leading to the next room. The door to the hallway from the salon side is masked by a system of wall frames. In the next room there is a magnificent volumetric figured rosette. In the rooms from the courtyard side the decorative finishing is more modest.
The nearest parking lot is located on N. Roerich Street; also not far from the building - under the House of Congresses - there is an undergroundparking lot.
