Description

On the border between Marano and Negrar, in the heart of the valleys of our beloved and known Valpolicella, we propose this beautiful single villa surrounded by greenery. The location of the villa offers sensations of full relaxation and, despite this, allows us to reach all the main services of the center and the center of Negrar itself by foot with a pleasant walk of only 15 minutes. The garden of 2.300 sqm, which frames the entire villa, invites us to relax surrounded by a beautiful vegetation and fruit trees with a spectacular view over the valley. The outdoor space, in addition to offering a wide variety of plants and trees, offers a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a porch, where you can enjoy summer dinners in the open air. The villa, divided into three floors and two half floors, welcomes us in a large hallway to accompany us in the abundant living room separated from the kitchen and dining room; an accessory room and a bathroom with window complete the ground floor. Upstairs, the four huge bedrooms and three bathrooms, all with windows. In the basement, the recreation area with a remarkable tavern, a second kitchen with small dining room and a billiard room with piano. The Valpolicella is situated between the Lessini mountains and the Verona countryside. It consists of five municipalities: San Pietro in Cariano, Negrar, Marano, Fumane, Sant'Ambrogio, Pescantina and Sant'Anna d'Alfredo. The gentle hilly landscape of Valpolicella is formed by a fan of small valleys that descend towards the plain of Verona. Rows of vineyards alternate with olive, cherry or apricot trees, which always inspire with their delicate stalls of spring flowers. The typical farmhouses and the small, sunny stone quarters tell the story of a hospitable village that has been inhabited since ancient times. Many Veronese and Venetian aristocrats have chosen these hills for their elegant residences, almost all of high artistic value, surrounded by large parks and gardens. Exceptional natural phenomena such as the majestic Ponte di Veja near Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo or the waterfalls of Molina near Fumane. Important archaeological sites such as the Grotta di Fumane show Palaeolithic settlements, while the Paleontological and Prehistoric Museum of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo houses numerous fossils of marine fauna found in the layers of the typical lexinic stone as evidence of an unspoiled nature. However, these hills are famous for their famous Valpolicella, Recioto and Amarone wines. The Valpolicella Wine Route allows you to taste the products of the wine tradition and discover the beauty of a fascinating village. The territory of Valpolicella covers an area of 240 square kilometers and is located in northern Italy, in the Veneto region, northwest of Verona. This area, rich in culture and wine, is limited: to the north by the Eastern Pre-Alps, to the south by the Adige, to the west by the Valdadige and to the east by the city of Verona. The nearby Lake Garda, visible on the horizon of the house, is 15 km further west.
