The production of Chianti wine is 110.000 bottles per year. Apart from the red wine of Chianti Colli Senezi DOCG, it is produced from grape varieties of Sanjovese, Malvasia and Chardonnay, also a product of white wine of Chardonnay and sparkling Chardonnay.
An olive grove that consists of 80 plants produces about 150 litres of oil per year.
