Originally it has been planned as a hotel. The shell area consists of 2 floors with 4 apartments, each of approx. 56 sqm.
Attached to the hotel area there is the owner's living area extending over 2 floors plus penthouse. It consists of an entrance hall with the height of 6,5 m from the ground floor to the upper floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 dressing rooms, 1 living room, 3 bathrooms, kitchen area and utility rooms. There is also a hall for special use being 11 sqm large an 8,5 m high (e.g. conference room).
