The project is focused on building a residential building with underground garages certified with Class A for energy efficiency (The total energy consumption for all the needs of the building will be more than twice lower than the new buildings in Sofia and 2.5 to 3 times lower than the panel buildings built in the 1980s in Sofia). The project envisages the construction of its own Photovoltaic Power Plant on the roof of the building, which will significantly reduce the cost of electricity for future owners. Construction activities are entrusted to a reputable contractor with great experience in the branch. The implementation of the project started on 15.09.2017. We plan to complete the building for 12-14 months, depending on the winter months, approximately until December 2018. Layout: one underground and six aboveground (all floors are located in dwellings) Total number of dwellings - 45. The average price of the apartments in the building is 950 euro per sq.m.
