Apartment in a new building with a pool and 2nd row to the sea, Malinska In Malinska on the island of Krk, in the 2nd row (70 m) from the sea, two modern houses are being built, each containing two spacious apartments, i.e. one on each floor. The floors are ALPOD vinyl from Belgium, suitable for underfloor heating, while the air conditioners enable heating and cooling in all rooms except bathrooms. The bathrooms have Geberit ceramics, sanitary equipment, and Hansgrohe Axor faucets. Security is ensured by a video surveillance system and an alarm, which is further enhanced by a security entrance door. The staircase is lined with Brac stone, and the facade is made of 10 cm styrofoam with fire protection zones and an STO facade. Each apartment has its own infrastructure, and the yard lighting and landscaped environment contribute to a pleasant stay. Both houses have direct pedestrian access to the sea.
