It is located just 3 minutes from the picturesque village of La Cala de Mijas, where there are many bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, just 5 minutes is one of the largest golf resorts in Europe - La Cala Golf Resort with three courses of 18 holes!

La Cala de Mijas is located between Fuengirola and Marbella on the Costa del Sol, and from here you can reach Malaga International Airport by car in about 25-30 minutes.

All apartments and penthouses have 2 modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances. Each apartment also includes its own parking space.

The complex is completely fenced, and the main entrance consists of automatic gates for cars and a separate gate for pedestrians.

Modern and bright apartments located in the center of each building with open views of the communal gardens and the Mijas Mountains. The layout of our 2-room apartment is very attractive, as all rooms have direct access to a spacious terrace of more than 20 m2. The ground floor apartments also have a private garden with access to communal gardens.

There is a choice between an apartment with an open kitchen or a separate kitchen.

3-bedroom corner apartment
There are 3 different types of 3-room apartments. All three types are corner apartments.

The terraces of these apartments range from 11 to 20 m2. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, and in the corridor there is a separate wardrobe for internal storage. Some apartments on the ground floor have spacious gardens surrounding the accommodation!

3-room penthouses
The penthouses are bright and spacious, with a large area of 47 m2 divided between the kitchen, living room and dining room! This area has 2 sliding doors that open onto a huge terrace of 80 m2. All bedrooms also have direct access to the terrace. Perfect for a year-round stay!
