The land is owned by a Thai Company & inside a professionally managed high-end project situated in the Yamu & Pak Chit area on the eastern slopes of Phuket Island 4.5 km (2 miles) northeast of the famous Heroines Monument (which is North of Tesco Lotus & the boat lagoon) on Road# 4027 toward Yamu just 1/2 (.5) km past the Baan Yamu sign on the left side. The development is only .3 Km North of the Cape Yamu intersection on the left side of the road.
