This property, with more than 130Ha of land, is divided into 3 zones:
1.Complex-golf course with a total area of 4.9 ha of 18 holes with a social sports club consisting of a training court, restaurant, bar, reception, changing rooms, showers … It is prepared to celebrate international championships, weddings, children’s golf school, etc.
It is an 18-hole, par 72 golf course, designed by the prestigious English architect, Mr. F. W. Hawtree and planted entirely with Pencross, the highest quality grass for golf. It was inaugurated in June 1992. Thanks to its geographical position, this golf course enjoys a privileged location, just 4 kilometers from the center of Girona, less than an hour’s drive from Barcelona (the course is 800 meters from the A7 motorway ), one hour from the Pyrenees, half an hour from the Costa Brava and the Empordà.
The first nine holes are very competitive: their design requires the use of all the clubs in the bag. The next nine holes are spectacular, since all the tees are placed on walls built with stone from Girona. From this location you get an impressive panoramic view over the fairways and it is a real pleasure to follow the course of the ball on its way to its goal. Probably, when Mr. Hawtree designed this part he wanted to give the players the best feelings after the rigor of the first round.
The lands on which the course is built are completely isolated from the urban life of Girona, being able to enjoy small valleys and hills with views of the Gavarres mountains.
These small hills not only isolate the countryside from the bustle of the city, but are also perfect barriers on windy days.
2. 80 Ha of rustic land adjacent to the complex and the golf courses for a possible extension of this if appropriate.
3. 220 plots of 800m2 each with space for a total of 220 homes and 36,000m2. The price of the plots in the market ranges from € 120,000 to € 150,000. In addition, it has a tertiary development permit to build hotels, restaurants…
