SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE | OUTERDAY POOL | ACTIONS WITH ACCESS TO THE RIVER This unique house is located on a large 3000 sq m plot with direct access to the Wilanówka River in a quiet part of Zawad, right next to the golf course.  The architectural concept and design are perfectly composed with the layout of the area. Natural materials - Siberian spruce on the facade and on the terraces, a simple body of the house with an oblique roof, a function inside that perfectly uses light - all this is the basis of modern, sustainable architecture. The layout of the house was designed on the plan of the cross. Each of the four wings has direct access to the garden through large, panoramic windows. Each resident has an equal, brilliant view from the room of the surrounding landscape. Large, ripe trees on the edge of the area beautifully "closes" the plot. Swings are hung on them and a boat is moored on the shore and each of these elements creates the magic of this place. An additional advantage is the outdoor pool. The comfortable dimension of 3 x 9 meters, against the wave and heated by the solar water system, allows you to enjoy throughout the season and takes everyday summer life outside. SPATIAL, LIGHT INTERIOR | FUNCTIONAL ROOM SYSTEM | HOUSES | HIGHLY 4.6M This spacious interior is filled with light. The ceiling at the highest point is 4.6m high and makes us feel a sense of space in every room. The cross layout of the house divides the interior into other functions: day wing, private wing with bedrooms, wing with guest room and office, and front wing with garage and utility room. The living area is created by a living room that seamlessly connects to the kitchen. Open space with large windows, also in the roof, naturally merges with the garden.  A large, round table, comfortable sofas, a large fireplace and art on the walls all create the magic and atmosphere of this interior. The space has been designed so that the kitchen can be hidden behind a wooden door system, and the inner cubicle hides the working part. The huge island separates the kitchen and seating area.  The private wing has three bedrooms - two for children with shared bathroom and a master bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. The main bedroom impresses with its spaciousness and completely open connection to the bathing room. Here, once again, we experience the perfect interpenetration of natural materials with the landscape outside the window.  Children's rooms are connected by a sliding door, which gives a lot of arrangement possibilities.  The third wing is a guest bedroom with bathroom and office. The fourth has a garage and a utility room. THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF USED MATERIALS | EXCLUSIVE EQUIPMENT This unique house is an example of an architectural masterpiece. Natural materials fill the interior. A solid oak board creates the floor throughout the house. Woodwork in the color of natural wood and anthracite beautifully completes the block and everything combines gray stone. Author's wallpaper designs have been customarily used as wall coverings in bathrooms and carpentry cabinets. Linen fabrics, soft sofa upholstery and unique lighting create the atmosphere of this warm, energetic home. Equipment, from bathroom fittings to household appliances in the kitchen are top Italian and Dutch brands such as Antonio Lupi, Frattini, De Dietrich. Every detail of the architecture of this interior has been designed and creates a coherent organism.
