We present to your attention a new complex at the construction stage in the tourist town of Petrovac. Commissioning of facilities - June 2025.
The facilities are located in one of the best places in Petrovac, which is connected to other parts of the city, as well as to the main highway in the direction of Budva and Bar. The privacy of the place is reflected in its separation from the city center.
Particular attention in the design was paid to achieving suitable orientation of the apartments to achieve optimal sunlight throughout the year and meet energy efficiency requirements. Each apartment also offers views of the sea or olive groves around. The highest level of equipment, the introduction of the most modern construction systems and technologies, as well as finishing elements will highlight this complex as a modern housing concept in an attractive location in Petrovac.

FLOOR PLAN
In the parterre composition, as in flowerpots with stucco walls, a Mediterranean autochthonous parterre is planned, in which drought-resistant and trampled plants predominate, as well as plantings of olive trees. Thus, the building successfully preserves the original architectural style and thereby decorates the public space.
The flowerpots provide additional landscaping of the facade and enrich the visual identity of the building with local species of green plants, such as vines. The building is also surrounded by a brick fence made of stone, which is also the load-bearing walls of the descending landscape.
The swimming pool is integrated into the site in the place where there were traditional walls, dry walls, so the shape of the pool and the layout of the first floor suggest the shape and size of the dry walls. Due to the slope of the area, the site is built on the ground floor with a cascade terrace 3-5 m wide with a green curtain on soil buffer 90-120 cm for smaller plants (oleander, oranges, etc.)
