Almost finished tourist object in Šavnik opština.
There are five buildings built on a plot of 1920 square meters:
- two-storey house of 100m2 (block walls, exterior insulation, interior finishing not completed)
- one-storey house of 46m2 (fully completed, block walls, external insulation, panoramic window, furniture)
- two single-storey vikenditsy of 33m2 each (wooden walls, finishing is completed, minor repairs are needed)
- bathhouse of 20m2 (frame walls, needs minor finishing).
All this is in a fantastic location, near the tourist route of travelers on motorcycles, bicycles, jeeps. In winter it can be offered as a base for overnight stays for travelers on snowmobiles.
According to calculations it is possible to receive about 12-18 tourists. But it is possible to expand with new buildings - wooden vikenditsy or tents.
The view from the site and the windows of the houses is fantastic, until the beginning of summer, on the tops of the mountains on the other side of the Moracha river canyon, there is snow, creating an incredible combination of fresh green grass on the background of snow-covered mountains.
It is possible to live and work all year round, the height of the snow cover is not high, and the road is always cleaned in winter. Asphalted road, to Kolaszyn 51km, to Shavnik 23km. City water, electricity, septic tank.
Two owners, buildings legalized, restrictions and encumbrances are not.
