Villa Prima is located on the coast of the Bay of Kotor, the largest of the southern fjord in Europe, next to a beach, in the ancient and peaceful town of Risan with developed infrastructure.

The owners and their guests may successfully combine a beach holiday with excursions and visits to sites of Mediterranean architecture. Roman mosaics, the ruins of a Roman empire, caves with prehistoric drawings and waterfalls, ancient cities under UNESCO protection - all of these is located in the neighborhood very close to Villa Prima (Perast-2 km, Kotor -17 km, Dubrovnik - 75 km).
