his is how we work with our clients' applications:
* Through our study of topographic architecture, the client chooses between the following design options: modern housing style, rustic housing style, medieval housing style, as well as the type of construction, construction materials, tiles, marble tiles, etc. Both mechanized and manual.
* The architect prepares a design project, and we wait for the client-buyer to give it the go-ahead.
* The client-buyer chooses whether to build on the Mediterranean coast or a few kilometers inland, in the mountains.
Once the site or location of the plot, or the plot itself, is chosen, we build a house, chalet, town, or medieval-style castle.
* Then the notary concludes an agreement, according to which payment is made in three installments. 34% upfront at the start of construction, another 33% upfront midway through construction, and the last 33% at the end of construction. All of these payments are made via certificates through the architect for each payment, which ensures that each certificate indicates how much work has been done and how many square meters have been built.
The client-buyer must physically come to Spain in order to be able to choose the type of construction plot or plot building materials, and choose between the shores of the Mediterranean sea and the mountains.
