Comfort house: the ground floor is in sequence when entering the house – a hallway with a dressing room and a toilet. Further we go to the living room 86m2 connected with the kitchen in the form of open space, next to the kitchen there is an obligatory pantry. Further from the living room we go to the bedroom with a large dressing room and a bathroom. We also make it for you to take the opportunity to use a turnkey interior design facility for your home. Our Architect is available to prepare the design, make visualisations of the rooms based on your preferences. The finished project will be carried out under the supervision of the designer by a reliable team, and the finished house will only require you to bring in your luggage.
Estate & houses
The estate is an enclave of 13 residences surrounded by greenery. The houses are detached buildings with garages for two cars and plots of at least 1200 m2. The houses are built of silicate block, covered with a seam metal roof and a covered system of gutters for water drainage.
The houses are 3.2 m high on the ground floor and as high as 5 m on the ground floor. Panoramic windows with aluminium frames in a HS sliding door system. Underfloor water heating, gas installation with the possibility of installing a heat pump as well.
