Garage spaces are not provided for apartments up to 40 m2.
For apartments of 40 - 69 m2, only one parking space can be purchased.
For 3-room apartments with an area of 70 - 81 m2 - one single place or family place.
For 4-room apartments - two single or family places.
Garage boxes are mandatory: areas from 2 to 9 m2, prices from 9,000 to 47,000 PLN.
In addition, it is necessary to add the cost of a share in the road at a price of 123 PLN.
