The complex is built on a plot of 2 Z82 m2. It is a 7-storey building with a total built-up area of 5700 m2, which has 100 apartments - from studios with an area of about 40 m2 to spacious penthouses with an area of more than 100 m2. Also in the complex there are 16 underground parking spaces located in the building at the level of -1.
