Location

The apartment is located in the central district of the new city of Nessebar, in close proximity to the beach and many diverse shops.  This area has an established infrastructure and many amenities for a comfortable habitat.  The old city is 10 minutes on foot.

Nessebar is located 30 km northeast of Burgas and 90 km south of Varna. Its northern neighbor is the largest resort in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach. The coastline of the resort is very divided: the Nessebar Peninsula, Cape Acrotiria and Cape Ravda go into the sea.

Today's Nessebar consists of old and new parts. The old city is located on a small rocky peninsula, the length of which is 850 meters, the width is 300 meters, and the height is 15 meters above sea level. A highway that connects the old and new parts of the city passes along a fortified isthmus, the length of which is 400 meters. In the past, the isthmus often poured water, and Nessebar turned into an island.

By sea, the city is connected with other Black Sea resorts, the closest of which is St. Vlas. The marina is mainly used for passenger and entertainment ships. Large passenger liners are often acoused here. 

Studio Apartment Description

The apartment is located on the first ground floor of a six-story new building with an elevator and well-groomed common parts. The luxury building is located on the second line in relation to the sea and in the center of the new city of Nessebar. The building has an indoor pool, restaurant, offices. Video surveillance is installed in the corridors. The house is new, there is already act 15.

The area of the apartment is 35 sq.m., planned for an entrance hall, a spacious room with a kitchen part, a bathroom with a toilet and a terrace that borders a pedestrian alley.

Degree of completion: clean finish, but the bathroom has tiles on the floor and on the walls.
