The hotel is located in the small town of Tisno, on the coast of Dalmatia, in a popular tourist spot near the well-known town of Vodice, a major city for tourism. The hotel is located on the seafront overlooking Merter Island, one of the most popular places near - Kornati Island National Park. From the hotel about 18 km to Krka Falls, one of the most visited places in Croatia.

The hotel is 9 km from the nearest exit on the highway, about 25 km from Zadar Airport, Split Airport - about 70 km by highway.

The hotel is located on the south side and consists of a ground floor with a restaurant and 3 floors. The hotel is classified with 3 stars and has 14 rooms and 3 family apartments with two bedrooms. 18 rooms in total, all equipped with a bathroom, all amenities and a balcony facing the sea. Each room has a bathroom with TV, air conditioning, balcony and sea views.

The 400 m2 terrace, overlooking the sea, the lawn next to the restaurant, includes a seawater pond reserved for fresh fish served in the restaurant. The restaurant accommodates 78 customers. The grilled restaurant accommodates about 70 customers. The kitchen is on the same level as the restaurant.

The hotel was completely renovated between 2012 and 2013 and reopened in 2014 with a complete renovation of floors and bathrooms.
