  • After the launch of the facility: fixed income 10% per annum in dollars

(2) Prepayment model (100% in advance)

  • Pay 100% immediately

  • The investor receives 12% per annum in dollars from the moment of payment

  • Increased returns as compensation for higher risk/early entry
