The modern villa is located on the green coast of the Adriatic, close to the centre of the resort town, Sechovlje Airport, Port Portoroj.
The villa is close to Sechovle National Salt Park. Its dirt - fango, salt and air, as is known in Europe, have been healing for centuries. And only after spending some time in the villa will you feel better and full of energy.
The new modern villa houses 5 apartments of various sizes:
- Standard apartments - 45 m2, 62 m2 and 65 m2, calculated for 2-4 people
- Average apartments - 86 m2, counted for 4-6 people
- Large apartments - 120 m2, counted for 6-8 people
In total, the facility consists of 18 bedrooms, but with extra beds can accommodate 22 guests.
There is also an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna for guests.
There is a possibility to rent a conference room with a room for ten or fifteen people. There is a wine cellar and summer residence with fireplace. We can also arrange catering services, entertainment dinners and trips for individuals.
The villa is designed for both active and passive guests.
More active will be able to enjoy water aerobics, cycling, various water sports, riding, badminton games, flying over the city, etc. Other events can also be organised according to guests' wishes, but at an additional cost.
Fans of passive rest can relax in the outdoor pool or on a terrace equipped with jacuzzi and sauna with beautiful views of the salt springs of Sechovle.
Apartments in summer season are 90%, which is 23,000 euros, and in off-season 60%, which is 36,000 euros. A year it generates about 50,000 EUR of income from the delivery of apartments. Additional income is also generated by renting conference room 100 EUR/day, spa center 150 EUR/day, renting wine cellar 100 EUR/day.
