Our house is truly unique. Its construction was based on the idea of ​​environmental friendliness and functionality.

The house consists of a massive wooden frame, covered with fiber-glass panels. The finishing of the façade is left to the discretion of the new owner. Straw is used as insulation. Straw allows air to pass through well and at the same time has high heat-insulating properties; a comfortable microclimate is always maintained in the house. Straw also has high soundproofing properties. Straw is not afraid of fungus, mold and insects. This is an ecological, clean  and renewable material; the construction of such a house does not harm nature. Houses made of straw are a time-tested technology; such houses were built in different climatic zones, and they have stood the test of time.

On the roof are IKO bitumen shingles (the leader in this segment). The roof has large overhangs (up to 1.5 m), which allows the walls to remain dry in any weather.

Large windows let in a lot of light, while the rooms are protected from the hot midday sun by the roof overhangs.
