Wooden stairs lead to two rooms on the second floor.

There are parquet floors in the rooms and hallway, and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, bright, functional, furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances:

The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, gas stove, extractor hood and table, and the bathroom has a washing machine.

In the living room there is a TV table, a table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe; in the bedroom there is a wall and a night table; in a small room there is a double bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment is one-sided (northwest), overlooking the playground. It is very quiet, because the house is located in the depths of the area, and not on the street.

Bicycles or strollers can be safely parked on a closed flight of stairs.

There are many parking spaces around, and 100 meters away there is a private 24-hour guarded parking where you can rent a place.

The 2000 building has undergone all necessary repairs. There is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

It is possible to equip an additional room in the lower part. You can also convert the French balcony into a traditional balcony yourself. This requires an administrative permit. Such a permit has been issued several times to other neighbors.

The administrative fee is about 500 zlotys and includes all payments (repair fund, advance payment for water, garbage collection). 

Additionally, only electricity and gas are charged.

The apartment is located in an excellent transport hub. There is a bus stop nearby, and a train station 500 meters away, from where you can get to Warsaw.

There is a lot of greenery around. The area has many services, restaurants, clinics, schools, kindergartens, pharmacies, shopping malls, hypermarkets, sports facilities, a church, a swimming pool, banks. There are bike paths for active people.
