2 km away is the PKP Seroki station, from where the journey to the Warszawa-Śródmieście station takes about 40 minutes.
On the plot there is a small house, which will be occupied by the end of June 2025, as well as an outbuilding. If you want to use the existing development, the buildings require major repairs.
