Are you able to appreciate every detail of your house, so that after years it is still full of love and warmth? Can you take care of it to maintain what you already have, and not buy anything new even under the influence of endless consumption times? Actually, there are people who really can, and we found their house in the REALTING database.

A homestead full of light and warmth is located in Krubice village. The story of this place is as interesting as the house itself. At the end of the 18th century, it was in the possession of Ruseckiye family. At the end of 1920s Ian and Vladislav Kondratovich became the owners of the homestead. The house was built in the beginning of the 20th century for the Kondratovich brothers on the picturesque Utrati river bank (previously there was an older building). It is a simple, one-storey house with a hipped roof, modelled after the noble residence of the XVII century. After it was taken by communist authorities in 1947, it remained in public possession for a long time period and was used for different purposes slowly declining.

Later, however, the homestead was bought from pre-war heirs and was fully renovated in 2020. A new owner tried his best to preserve every detail of this unique property: architectural style, features, interior items. At the same time, it was thoroughly restored: the roof is covered with good quality pre-war tiles (gable roof), original woodwork and floors (including an oak and ash mosaic in the living room), and two chimneys have been restored, one of which is very impressive, double inside — for two pre-war tiled stoves.

Today the homestead consists of a park and an actual one-storey house with a large living room (23,5 sq.m.), a separate room (33,39 sq.m.) with access to a terrace, a kitchen with a dining room (24,01 sq.m.), a cabinet (23,32 sq.m.), a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin (4,95 sq.m.), the main bedroom (19,5 sq.m.) with an adjoint bathroom (5,67 sq.m.), and another bedroom (13,5 sq.m.) Also there is a basement floor with a total area of 190 sq.m. and 3 metres high ceilings. Another space that can be used as a living area is an attic. All nine windows provide enough light there. The house has all the required utility systems: water, sewerage, electricity.

A well-maintained park of 1.33 ha, bounded to the south by a river bend with a rich stand of trees (acacia, chestnut, elm, lime, willow, spruce, birch, maple, ash, bird cherry, hawthorn, hazel, elder), specimens of old trees and a valuable example of Ginkgo Japanese (natural monument). In the park there is a brick cellar with two rooms. In front of the manor house there are numerous perennial plantings and a magnificent dogwood bush. The entrance path to the house is adorned with a beautiful alley of acacia trees.

The above-mentioned park with the manor house is listed in the Register of Monuments. In addition to the plots not listed in the Register of Historic Monuments: — a plot of 0.4 ha (the plot along the road to the manor) and — a plot of land on the other side of the river, of 2.62 ha. The total area of the entire property is 4.35 ha.

The current owners use the house as a summer home. They swim, fish and have family gatherings on the river. It definitely feels like living here. It feels as if you yourself would be infused with the same warmth and love if you only touched these things.
