In the small tourist town of Petrovac, a lot of different properties, both commercial and residential, are up for sale. But today we want to tell you about an apartment in which «everything worked out»: a favorable price, a pleasant interior design, and a great location. So, you can buy an apartment on the seaside for €99,000 — and this is what it will be like.

Petrovac, Montenegro
€99,000
3 Rooms 2 Bedrooms 65 m²

The city of Petrovac is located in a touristy bay of the Adriatic Sea. This bay is shaped like a horseshoe, and some locals believe it brings good luck. The mountains around it protect it from the wind, olive groves and pine forests provide the cleanest air, and the sea — tasty seafood; I think every visiting tourist will feel true happiness for a while, at least.

Here you can buy a three-room apartment with a total area of 65 square meters for €99,000. The property consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen area, a bathroom and a terrace. It offers a beautiful view of the city and the sea. The beach is within walking distance (but, realistically, you can easily walk to the beach from anywhere in the city).

The apartment is attractive because of its simplicity and minimalism. The interior of the apartment is finished in light colors with small dark accents. You can see that the owner really tried to make it cozy: modern paintings hang everywhere, the entire interior is connected by common elements — for example, paintings with the image of a zebra. The white walls add even more «air» to a space that was never overloaded in the first place. Herem every item is clearly in its place, and one could say there is absolutely nothing superfluous.

In the living room, a bar counter conceptually separates the kitchen and relaxation areas. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed, while the other is equipped as a guest room (but it can easily be transformed into a nursery).

However, buyers should take one thing into account: despite its proximity to Budva (only 17 kilometers), Petrovac is a small resort town, where, despite all the summer activity, life freezes in the winter. At the same time, the climate in this area is quite mild, and the average temperature in winter does not fall below 12 °C; you should not count on cafes and restaurants working during this period, though.
