The Moscow company Prime Property Management has completed a sales transaction of a multifunctional building complex FÜRST (Kudamm Karree) in the centre of the German capital with the total sold area of 97 thousand square meters. The owners of the buildings are Ionview Holding structures managed by the Dayan Family Office. The value of the transaction remains secret.

The property was bought in 2014 as a mutual purchase of the Elleke VV 19 GmbH and the Mozart HoldCo S.a.r.l. companies. Each one owns 50% of the assets. The developer of the project was Cells Bauwelt GmbH.

Mr. Kotsuba, the Executive Director of Prime Property Management, pointed out that this project was especially interesting for the company as it played an important role in city development and involved quite a few challenges.

Developed by the Kleihues+Kleihues bureau for the FÜRST, the architectural concept implies the enlargement of the complex area up to 100 thousand square meters that will allow opening the social infrastructure object such as a hotel, a parking space, offices, shops, restaurants, a gym, a kindergarten, etc. Prime Property Management is absolutely satisfied with the completed work. The company is still interested in the German estate market.
