TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: The villa is built using high-quality materials intended for the operation of the villa on the first line. •The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab MB 250 400 mm thick, arranged on a rocky base with horizontal waterproofing.The structure of the external walls is monolithic reinforced waterproof concrete MV 250 (wall thickness 250 mm) with the following: additional waterproofing with penetrate 2 times on concrete, thermal insulation made of styrodur thick 50 mm, protective membrane thick 0.5 mm and backfilling of sinuses with crushed stone for collecting and draining ground and rainwater through a perforated drainage pipe with a diameter of 150 mm. •Internal partitions are monolithic brick filled with large-format ceramic soundproofing blocks thick 19 cm. •Height of rooms 290 cm. •Interfloor ceilings 180 mm thick are made of spatially reinforced concrete M250 on a mesh of 150 * 150 mm and ribbed reinforcement with a diameter of 16 mm with a soundproofing backing 30 mm thick. • The filling of external openings is made of FEAL aluminum profile with sound and heat insulation barrier and galvanized and painted according to the standard of use on the 1st sea line. • Single-chamber glass units Stopsol Brown, 4mm.The seal is made of EPPDM material, which guarantees its long service life. • The flat roofing slab is 200 mm thick, made of monolithic reinforced concrete with effective insulation 150 mm thick. in combination: expanded polystyrene (100 mm), styrodur (50 mm). Waterproofing on concrete - liquid rubber. The final waterproofing is made on a concrete screed 80 mm thick, lying on thermal insulation made of a waterproofing membrane 1.5 mm thick (manufactured by MAPEI Italy). • The villa is connected to the city water and electricity supply networks and sewerage.
