To qualify for Montenegrin citizenship under the investment program, investors can purchase a plot in the new Bjelasica 1450 development project for 250,000 euros, including 21% VAT, in addition to a public fund donation of 100,000 euros. The investment retention period is 5 years, after which investors can resell a new investor in the program.
The Montenegrin Citizenship Program offers global investors a number of valuable benefits in the industry. They include a quick procedure for approving an application and obtaining citizenship granted after six months, free movement to more than 123 countries with a Montenegrin passport and access to one of the region's fastest-growing economies.
This is the fourth project approved by the government in the north of Montenegro, offering investors the privilege of choice among other real estate options, including the luxury 5-star Breza Hotel, the famous Westin Hotel in Kolasin and the project next to the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Durmitor.
