Villa 10 bedrooms 588 m² Riga, Latvia

Reconstruction of 5 floors of this house was completed in the second half of 2013. The total area of the house is 588.5 m2.

On the first floor of the house there is a meeting room for guests and an office. Climbing the elevator to the second floor you can get into a spacious living room with a bedroom and your bathroom. The third floor also consists of a private bedroom with its own spacious bathroom. On the fourth floor there is a spa area and kitchen, and on the top floor there is a small staff room.

The main idea of this project is the connection of history and modern technologies. A team of designers worked on the project, the best materials and products from all over Europe from leading manufacturers were used in the interior.
