- Cleaning and maintenance of common and public parts of the building;

- Lighting of common parts of the building;

- Repair of damage to common parts of the building

- Elevator maintenance and payment for electricity for common areas and the elevator, etc.

 

Construction terms

Start of construction: March 2022

Completion date: June 2024.

 

Note

For an additional fee, you can purchase individual storage rooms in the basement of the house.

 

Payment scheme

- deposit - 2000 Euro

- first payment - 40% of the apartment price upon signing the preliminary contract, minus the deposit - up to 30 days after signing the preliminary contract

- the second installment is 25% of the apartment price upon signing the preliminary agreement - up to 3 months after the first installment

- the third installment is 25% of the apartment price upon signing the preliminary agreement - up to 3 months after the second installment

- the fourth installment is 10% of the apartment price upon signing the preliminary agreement - upon receipt of Act 15 or upon signing the notarial deed

* the payment scheme is flexible and can be changed individually
