This development with sea view apartments is in the vicinity of Herceg-Novi.
It is designed as a gated community consisting of 8 individual buildings. Each building features a swimming pool, and each apartment has panoramic sea views also. In addition, the project was designed to optimize the living spaces in natural-sounding and use exceptional sea view.
Every aspect of independence and backup was in mind when designing this project including a large drinking water reserve in case of failure of the communal system. Furthermore, the rainwater is collected in a reservoir to be used for irrigation also. The black water is recycled through a new generation bio septic tank also. In addition, all buildings are equipped with LED installations for indoor and outdoor lighting. All buildings are supplied with thermal insulation in order to reduce energy consumption as well.
Each unit benefits from a reversible air conditioning system in all rooms to ensure optimum comfort. Furthermore, all windows and doors are double-glazed aluminum.
