The town of Bale is still an insider tip in Istria, a real gem of a medieval town center that resembles an old fortress, not far from Rovinj. Right in the center of the old town, not far from Palazzo Bembo and right next to the artist cafe “Kamene Priče”:
Here, along the streets, stands an old stone house - with a floor space of 50m2. Inside, it is completely empty, but there are still stones and other relics from the collapse of the house - only the outer walls and part of the roof are still standing. The house can only be reached on foot via the cobbled streets of the old town, so there is no parking space directly next to it.
The house can be expanded to 3 floors inside, and there is also the option of a roof terrace with a whirlpool - at least on part of the roof - with a fantastic view of Istria & Bale.
