Description of the complex
A new complex of 30 single-family residential buildings, at the end of the village near the oak forest.
The buildings are designed in a modern style with internal and external solutions, combining comfort of living, proximity to nature, clean sea air and privacy.
All buildings are oriented south, as the location of the complex offers an excellent climate: more than 300 sunny days a year, incredibly clean and fresh air - away from sea moisture and fog. The height of the area is 190 m, which provides an incredible panoramic view - east and west - oak forest, north - village, south - the far horizon of the ridges of Cape Emine, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every day.
New infrastructure will be built in the complex – streets, water supply and electricity networks, an autonomous substation, a sports and entertainment venue.
Construction characteristics
30 single-family houses are built up as 6 separate types of buildings - 3 main types A, type B and type B, as well as 3 mirrored ones of Aa, BB and BB, with an east-west orientation.
The construction is monolithic beamless with load-bearing structural elements of reinforced concrete columns, washers, beams and slabs in places, as well as non-bearing brick walls. Design height of 2.85 m.
All buildings are reinforced concrete construction, consisting of 2 above-ground residential floors covered with a four-sided roof.
A hatch is provided for access to the roof space.
All residential buildings have an accessible main entrance from the street and the possibility of parking directly near the house.
From the living room of each house there is a direct exit to the courtyard.
Near each building there is a parking for 2 bicycles.
The facade is decorated with mineral plaster. The plinth has a stone cladding. Around the windows and along the contour of the facades, decorative pilasters, cornices and frames are planned for additional enrichment of the facade plane.
The roof is four-sided with a slope of 1: 3, solved with the necessary heat and waterproofing and lined with ceramic brick. On all sides of the building has a roof - 60 cm. PVC windows with windows.
